Releasing Jurors

Jurors are released from the Trial Panel Details screen. There are different options available depending on how your system has been configured by your system administrator. These option will be highlighted.

Release one or more jurors for the pool

Remain active in the pool (optional)

Checking this box will release the juror from the panel back to the jury assembly room. This keeps them active in the pool and available to be selected for a new panel.

Replace this juror with a juror from the pool

Checking this box will select an active juror from the pool as a replacement for the juror(s) being released.
