Create a new Jury Pool Group

Jury Pool Groups allow you to split a pool into smaller segments. This allows the Jury Manager to summon a large pool, and then have groups of jurors come in at different times.

The Juror Groups allows a large population of summons to go out, and then schedule them to appear at different times, or call off the group as necessary.
